UN agencies have alerted that if Israel’s restrictions on aid delivery to Gaza intensify, Palestinians may be on the verge of an extensive famine. Israel still asserts that accusations of Palestinians starving in the isolated area are untrue, even with reports showing 20,000 children were hospitalized in Gaza due to severe malnutrition from April to mid-July.
