The US Supreme Court instructed the Trump administration on Thursday to set free and promote Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s return. Garcia was mistakenly deported and subsequently held at El Salvador’s notorious CECOT prison, where he was detained alongside approximately 200 suspected gang members due to an “administrative error.”
