Three Construction Employees Fall Victim to Structural Collapse in South Korea

On Tuesday morning, three workers died and five were injured when a section of a highway construction site in South Korea collapsed, according to officials. Emergency teams are conducting a search through the rubble for potential victims, as the incident occurred around 9:50 a.m. in the vicinity of Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, approximately 50 miles south of the capital, Seoul. A video from Yonhap, a South Korean news agency, captured the moment a structure, supported by columns, disintegrated and fell to the ground. This story is ongoing and will be updated.
