Andrew Tate visits police station after arriving in Romania | Global News

Andrew Tate, a contentious social media influencer, and his brother Tristan have arrived at a police station in Romania after returning from the United States. They are currently under investigation in Romania, where they are facing multiple allegations and have denied any wrongdoing.
Outside the police station in Voluntari, near the capital Bucharest, Andrew Tate, 38, expressed his happiness to be back in Romania, stating his intention to stay in the country for several weeks unless he decides to leave spontaneously, as long as he complies with court obligations.
The Tate brothers had traveled to the US on a private jet last month after a travel ban on them was lifted. However, they are currently facing allegations of trafficking minors, sexual intercourse with a minor, and money laundering in Romania.
A separate case accusing them of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang for sexually exploiting women is under review by prosecutors.

The brothers are facing legal battles not only in Romania but also in the UK and the US. They are set to be extradited to the UK following the conclusion of proceedings in Romania.
Bedfordshire Police has secured a European arrest warrant for separate allegations of rape and human trafficking involving different women. These allegations date back to 2012-2015 and are denied by the brothers.
A lawsuit filed in Florida accuses both Tate brothers of conspiring to coerce a woman into sex work, luring her to Romania, and defaming her after her testimony to Romanian authorities.
