Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are reportedly in transit from Romania to the United States, a journey made possible after their previous travel restrictions were lifted.
According to Romanian media, citing sources from the airport, the men boarded a private jet bound for the US on Thursday morning.
This development comes after the Trump administration reportedly pressured Romanian authorities to relax the limitations imposed on them.
Andrew Tate, a 38-year-old controversial influencer, and his 36-year-old brother, Tristan, face various criminal charges in Romania.
Despite having been released from house arrest, they were prohibited from leaving the country. The brothers strongly deny accusations of human trafficking, sexual misconduct, money laundering, and forming an organised crime group.
Both Andrew Tate and his brother are dual nationals of the US and the UK.
Legal battles are ongoing not only in Romania but also in the UK and now, the US for the Tate brothers.
The Tate brothers have consistently maintained their innocence throughout all the ongoing legal proceedings.
While approached for comment, a spokesperson for the brothers has not yet confirmed their departure.
