Several fatalities and multiple injuries have occurred after a driver deliberately crashed into a crowd at a street festival in Vancouver, police have confirmed.
The driver has been apprehended following the incident which happened shortly after 8pm local time, according to police reports.
Local media indicates that the area near 41st Avenue and Fraser Street was hosting the Lapu Lapu Day Block Party.
