All SkyWest Airlines flights were put on hold on Friday night, as per the airline’s request, according to the US Federal Aviation Administration.
The ground stop is set to remain in effect until 0330 GMT, with a moderate possibility of being extended, the FAA stated in a notice.
Further information could not be obtained. SkyWest did not promptly respond to an inquiry for comments.
SkyWest is recognized as the largest regional airline in the US, offering services for United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, and Alaska Airlines.
