Donald Trump has expressed strong anger towards Vladimir Putin for doubting the legitimacy of Ukraine’s leadership.

Signaling a significant shift in his stance towards Russia, the US president revealed to an NBC reporter that he was upset by Putin’s questions concerning Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s credibility.

In response, Trump has threatened to impose “secondary tariffs” on Russian oil and intends to discuss the matter with Putin in the upcoming week.
