Andrew Tate is being sued by a former girlfriend for allegations of sexual assault and battery. Brianna Stern, a model, has described physical and emotional abuse throughout their 10-month relationship in a legal action filed in Los Angeles, where she also sought a restraining order against Tate. Tate’s lawyer, Joseph McBride, denied the claims and dismissed them as a “blatant cash grab,” saying they are prepared to defend their client in court. Stern accused Tate of choking her and hitting her head and face during a disagreement at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She further reports a pattern of verbal and emotional abuse, with Tate calling her his “property” and regularly degrading her during their relationship. Stern stated she is taking legal action to ensure her story is heard. The lawsuit adds to Tate’s legal troubles, as he is also facing charges in Romania for alleged human trafficking, sexual intercourse with a minor, and money laundering. The Tate brothers, including Tristan, recently visited the U.S. after their travel ban was lifted. Back in Romania, they face accusations of human trafficking and organizing a criminal gang to exploit women sexually. A separate case by Bedfordshire police involves further allegations of rape and human trafficking, and the brothers are expected to be extradited to the UK for those charges once their Romanian cases are resolved. Four women in the UK who claim to have experienced sexual violence by Tate have called for his extradition to ensure justice for all victims.
