Study indicates that consuming champagne may lower the likelihood of sudden cardiac arrest, potentially reducing the risk of heart attacks.

Staying fit, eating healthy, and maintaining a positive outlook can all help reduce the risk of sudden cardiac arrest, according to a recent study. This study identified 56 non-clinical risk factors associated with heart problems, including lifestyle, physical measures, and socio-economic status. Factors such as increased fruit intake, weight management, blood pressure control, and improved education may all serve as important protective factors. Researchers found that between 40% and 63% of sudden cardiac arrest cases could be avoided when looking at all 56 risk factors.
